Marie Claire's 2012 Beauty Award Winners

Here is the coveted product list that Marie Claire chose for their 2012 Beauty Award winners. There is a panel of 15 judges that is comprised of expert beauty editors from around the world and every year they put these products to the test. The products adhere to very strict rules and are put through a rigorous voting process. There are only 6 international winners, as well as 3 national awards per country and 3 perfume stand-outs.
